Julie Schleper

Julie is the Client Experience Coordinator at MCF’s Covington office, where she supports day-to-day operations, manages administrative tasks, and assists team members to ensure the office runs smoothly. She joined the firm in March 2025.

Before joining MCF, Julie held a variety of roles in HR, collections, and operations, gaining valuable experience in project management and organizational support.

A Northern Kentucky native, Julie lives locally with her daughter, dog, and gecko. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring local attractions, and spending time with her church community.
