Mardie H. Murray

Mardie is the Director of Partnership Integration and a Partner at MCF, based in the Lexington office. Since joining the firm in July 2019, she has played a key role in enhancing the client experience. In her current role, Mardie leads integration efforts across the firm. As the primary point of contact for acquired firms, Mardie works closely with advisors, operational staff, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, thoughtful, welcoming, and well-organized transition to MCF.

Before joining MCF, Mardie worked at a regional bank, where she supported both private and corporate foundations in achieving their philanthropic goals. Her background also includes grant management and development with various hospital foundations.

Mardie holds a B.A. in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky. Originally from Maysville, she now resides in Lexington with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys running carpool, spending time with family, and cheering on the Wildcats.
